NO SHORT THING

Nowadays many like to dress short but the long dress still keep it place in the fashion industry and the red carpet we continue to see long dress on our celebrities.
The gown is a long flawing women's dress that is worn to formal affair. We can see it  from tea and ballerina to full-length dress.
Women adore this garment and it brings out the beauty in the woman. 
Evening gown can be distinguish from conventional or day dresses by two features namely;
First the cut that goes with the couture in line with the latest fashion
Second the fabric; different fabrics are used to make stunning gown.
Most evening gown are made of luxury materials like silk, velvet and taffeta followed by decoration with beads, sequins, jewels.

SHEATH
The sheath style evening gown is made to fit to the body, it carries not belt and has a straight drape. it can have straps or strapless


A-LINE
The a-line style evening gown has a bell-shaped, it close-fit at the top and expand more at the bottom without gather or pleats. It is very elegant.








TRUMPET
This gown is tight-fitting until it reaches the knees, where it flares










EMPIRE
The empire silhouette involves the waistline coming up to just below the bust, from which the skirt hangs straight and loose, in a simple breezy style.











MERMAID

The mermaid evening gown is form fitting at the bodice, and the skirt is designed to resemble a mermaid's tail in silhouette. the skirt may or may not be of the same color or texture.
